Family-friendly themed hiking trailWith around 20 attractions, the Almzeit themed hiking trail offers entertaining hiking pleasure and exciting fun at the same time.
From the motor skills training course to stations such as Hunting Time, Viewing Time or Gemstone Time, you can experience Sölden, its Alpine pastures and its nature from a whole new perspective.
Numerous mountain huts are part of the Almzeit and inspire not only as adventure stations, but also as refreshment stops with traditional Tyrolean delicacies, rustic parlors and sun-drenched terraces as well as cozy conviviality in front of a breathtaking backdrop.

From the playable ALMZEIT lettering at the middle station of the Gaislachkoglbahn to the various play stations along the way and at the participating mountain huts, the themed hike guarantees unforgettable experiences.

In addition to the attractions on Gaislachkogl, you shouldn’t miss out on the other side of the valley – Sölden’s quiet side – and explore the Waldraum, Almenraum and Alpinraum time spaces.
Almost all stations of the Almzeit can be reached not only on foot, but also easily by bus and cable car.
